Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still jiggly.
- Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
