Deliciously crunchy and chocolatey bars made with quinoa, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, almond butter, honey, and cocoa powder. Mix well until combined.
  2. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and serve.
