- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, almond butter, honey, and cocoa powder. Mix well until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) and stir until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.

- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
