Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Form the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
