- 7 grams active dry yeast
- 250 ml milk, warm
- 60 grams butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- Mix the yeast with warm milk and let it sit until foamy.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture, knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking tray.
- Let the buns rise again before baking in a preheated oven.
- Cool the buns, then whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Cut the buns and fill them with whipped cream, drizzling melted chocolate on top.
