Ingredients

  • 75 grams sugar
  • 10 grams salt
  • 7 grams active dry yeast
  • 250 ml milk, warm
  • 60 grams butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix the yeast with warm milk and let it sit until foamy.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the flour mixture, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking tray.
  6. Let the buns rise again before baking in a preheated oven.
  7. Cool the buns, then whip the cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Cut the buns and fill them with whipped cream, drizzling melted chocolate on top.
