A rich and creamy cheesecake with a delightful chocolate marble swirl.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in sour cream until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Swirl in the melted chocolate. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional melted chocolate if desired.

  • Chill the cheesecake overnight for better flavor and texture.
