- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream until just combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Swirl in the melted chocolate. Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional melted chocolate if desired.
Notes
- For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for better flavor and texture.
- Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings for presentation.
