Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate hazelnut spread, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Once the mixture starts to thicken, fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
