Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and then roll in the additional crushed cookies.
- Place the coated truffles back on the tray and refrigerate until set.
