Delicious and rich chocolate covered cookie-and-cream truffles that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup additional crushed cookies for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and then roll in the additional crushed cookies.
  6. Place the coated truffles back on the tray and refrigerate until set.
