Instructions
- In a mug, melt the butter in the microwave.
- Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg yolk, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the flour and salt until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Microwave the mug cookie for about 40-60 seconds, or until the cookie has risen and is set in the middle.
- Let it cool slightly before enjoying.
