- 1 batch chocolate brownies, baked and cooled
- 2 cups chocolate pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate shavings
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the cooled brownies into small cubes.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the brownie cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the brownies.
- Next, add a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie cubes, pudding, and whipped cream.
- Top the trifle with chocolate shavings and chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- This trifle can be assembled a day in advance.
- For added flavor, consider adding a layer of caramel sauce.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
