- 1 cup cooked and pureed beetroot
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed beetroot, maple syrup, and eggs, mixing well.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the beetroot mixture and stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- These brownie bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
