- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice avocados into wedges.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, chipotle powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge into the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Arrange avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While fries are cooking, mix mayonnaise, chipotle powder, lime juice, and salt to make the aioli.
- Serve the fries hot with chipotle aioli on the side.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double dip the avocado in egg and almond flour.
- Adjust the spice level of the aioli to your taste.
- These can also be baked in the oven at 425°F for 20-25 minutes.
