- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, gelatinous
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine ground pork, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chicken broth, green onions, salt, and white pepper.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Place a small amount of filling in the center of each circle.
- Pinch the edges to seal the dumplings.
- Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can customize the filling with shrimp or vegetables.
- For a richer broth, use homemade chicken stock.
- Make sure to seal the dumplings tightly to prevent leaking.
