- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread, chestnuts, celery, onion, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth and melted butter together.
- Pour the broth mixture over the bread mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider including sausage or mushrooms in the stuffing.
- This stuffing can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
