- 1 pound ground chicken
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 8 taco shells
 - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
 - 1 cup tomato, diced
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup olives, sliced
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, cook ground chicken until no longer pink.
 - Add taco seasoning and water, cook until thickened.
 - Fill taco shells with chicken mixture.
 - Top with shredded cheese.
 - Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
 - Serve topped with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and olives.
