- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in the cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with fresh fruit or chocolate before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the cheesecake cups chill overnight.
- You can substitute flavored yogurt for whipped cream for a lower fat option.
