Delicious and easy-to-make cheesecake cups, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit or chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in the cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with fresh fruit or chocolate before serving.
