- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions.
- Spread the mixture into the pie crust evenly.
- Layer the diced red bell pepper, carrots, olives, and parsley on top of the cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
