Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions.
  3. Spread the mixture into the pie crust evenly.
  4. Layer the diced red bell pepper, carrots, olives, and parsley on top of the cheese layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
