- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center and mold the meat around it to form a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
