- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup champagne
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the champagne.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Notes
- For a sweeter cake, consider adding a glaze made from powdered sugar and champagne.
