- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tahini, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread a tortilla with the tahini mixture.
- Layer the grated carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, and avocado on top.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly around the fillings and slice in half to serve.
