- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the eggnog, frozen banana, caramel sauce, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and drizzle extra caramel on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
- Can be made with non-dairy eggnog for a vegan version.
