This rich and creamy caramel coffee fudge is the perfect treat for coffee lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and instant coffee granules. Bring to a boil again, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, and walnuts if using until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of instant coffee granules.
  • This fudge can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
