Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  4. Place apple mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
