Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Place apple mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra caramel sauce.
