- 1 graham cracker crust
- 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust.
- Layer the sliced apples on top of the batter, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
- Let the cheesecake sit in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
