Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust.
  6. Layer the sliced apples on top of the batter, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
  9. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
