Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice in half, removing the yolks.
