Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed
- 1/2 cup Cadbury cream eggs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth it out.
- Layer the chopped Cadbury cream eggs on top of the fudge.
- Pour the remaining fudge over the top and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For a festive touch, sprinkle additional crushed mini eggs on top before chilling.
