This Cadbury Egg fudge is a rich and delicious treat perfect for Easter and chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury cream eggs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and crushed Cadbury mini eggs.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth it out.
  5. Layer the chopped Cadbury cream eggs on top of the fudge.
  6. Pour the remaining fudge over the top and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For a festive touch, sprinkle additional crushed mini eggs on top before chilling.
