Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add melted butter and milk to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spread the peach mixture in a baking dish and spoon the batter on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
