Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, yogurt, and egg.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners to enclose the filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
