- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and ranch seasoning.
- Open biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional ranch seasoning before baking.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
