Deliciously crispy Buffalo Chicken Bombs filled with spicy chicken and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Open biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional ranch seasoning before baking.
