Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the almond flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter. Toss the baked cauliflower bites in the sauce.
- For the dip, combine sour cream and crumbled blue cheese in a bowl.
- Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with the blue cheese dip.
