Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a separate bowl, combine the ground pistachios, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
