Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup fig preserves
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of cayenne)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, fig preserves, hot honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios evenly over the top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is warm and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Drizzle with additional hot honey and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
