Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, blueberries, banana, almond butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker shake, use frozen blueberries instead of fresh or add more ice.
- Substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice, such as cow’s milk or oat milk, for different flavors and textures.
