Delicious homemade chocolates filled with creamy blueberry buttercream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the fresh blueberries until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  3. Add the blueberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler.
  5. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each silicone mold, coating the sides.
  6. Chill the molds until set, about 10 minutes.
  7. Fill the chocolate shells with the blueberry buttercream.
  8. Cover the buttercream with more melted chocolate, smoothing the tops.
  9. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the buttercream.
