- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the fresh blueberries until smooth.
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Add the blueberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each silicone mold, coating the sides.
- Chill the molds until set, about 10 minutes.
- Fill the chocolate shells with the blueberry buttercream.
- Cover the buttercream with more melted chocolate, smoothing the tops.
- Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the buttercream.
