Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup blue spirulina powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the Medjool dates until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, blue spirulina powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
