- 8 slices bread
- 1 cup blackberries
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, allowing it to soak.
- Place a few blackberries between two slices of bread to form a sandwich.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with additional blackberries on top.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add powdered sugar on top.
- Can substitute blackberries with other berries if desired.
