- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk, and sea salt until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
