Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before frosting.
  9. For the frosting, beat together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk, and sea salt until smooth.
  10. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.
