A delicious bistro-style turkey sandwich loaded with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 ounces sliced turkey
  • 1 ounce Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, arugula, and tomato on top.
  3. Top with the second slice of bread.
  4. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
  6. Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
