- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 ounces sliced turkey
- 1 ounce Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, arugula, and tomato on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños.
- Pair it with a side salad for a complete meal.
