Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Mix in the Biscoff spread until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
