Delicious S’mores Bars that combine the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient bar form.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
  3. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the condensed milk layer, followed by the chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
  6. Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture over the top, covering the marshmallows and chocolate.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the marshmallows are puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Notes

  • For a twist, try adding a layer of peanut butter before the marshmallows for a delicious flavor combination.
  • You can also substitute the semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk chocolate or dark chocolate for a different taste.
