- 1 cup grated cooked beets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the grated beets, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and milk to the butter mixture, and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- For best results, use fresh cooked beets.
- These biscuits can be frozen for up to one month.
