Delicious jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in beef.

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of ground beef, then with a slice of bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
  • These are great for parties!
