- 12 jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of ground beef, then with a slice of bacon.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These are great for parties!
