Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine asparagus, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
- Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
- Take a slice of beef and wrap it around a piece of asparagus.
- Place the wrapped asparagus bundles on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
