- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
- These muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving for the best flavor.
