  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stir in cooked beef, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
