- 1 package (12 ounces) linguine

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, cooking until soft.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions.
- Drain linguine and serve topped with the bolognese sauce and Parmesan cheese.
