Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add in the sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Sift the flour and matcha powder together, then fold into the mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a lined springform pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is deeply golden.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
