Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the sugar and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate the heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift the flour and matcha powder together, then fold into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a lined springform pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is deeply golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
