- 4 salmon steaks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat.
- Place the salmon steaks in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon steaks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

- For added flavor, you can marinate the salmon steaks in the garlic butter sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or over a bed of rice.
