Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over the salmon steaks.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a crispy topping, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
