Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Mold the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
