- 1/4 cup chopped chives

- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and dot the top with butter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
