Ingredients

  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 package flatbread dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in parsley.
  5. Roll out the flatbread dough and place filling on one half of each piece.
  6. Fold over and seal the edges.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
