- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1 package flatbread dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat until browned.
- Add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in parsley.
- Roll out the flatbread dough and place filling on one half of each piece.
- Fold over and seal the edges.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Can be served with yogurt sauce.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking out.
